1. Introduction

This manual is prepared in accordance with Section 51 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA).

The purpose of this manual is to:

  • Inform requesters of the types of records held by Journey Recovery & Wellness Centre
  • Explain how to request access to those records
  • Outline the process for accessing personal and other information

7. Processing of Personal Information (POPIA)

Journey Recovery & Wellness Centre processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
