Does Journey Accept Payment from Medical Aids?

Yes: Journey is a facility that is registered with the Department of Health, the Department of Social Development, and all major medical aid providers. If you’re unsure about whether you are covered by your specific medical insurer, please don’t hesitate to call us and we will do the hard work to find out for you.

Can I Work and/or Study During my Stay at Journey?

Yes: with our high-speed fibre WiFi, and regulated access to your devices, our clients can stay connected throughout their treatment.

What Types of Addiction Does Journey Treat?

Patients from all walks of life are accepted at Journey, regardless of their addiction or background. Our team is multicultural and trained to tackle addictive and behavioural disorders across the spectrum.

Does Journey Only Treat Substance Abuse Patients?

At Journey, we specialise in offering a holistic mental health service. In addition to substance abuse, we treat patients for depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and many other mental health problems.

Are the Journey Premises Secure?

Journey employs a 24-hour security guard as well as a nurse, ensuring that our patients are always supervised. We are also registered with Beagle Watch and have full electric fencing around the premises.
